Definitely love the reel, the 3000 series is perfect for the surf fishing I do targeting those hard fighting stripers! Smooth casting, strong retrieve and solid drag all make landing 30 inch plus fish more successful.

This things awesome built like a tank I have it on an old mojo inshore from 2011 only thing is it casts only 3 miles long ordered the shield 3 rod to pair it hopefully cast 5 miles long lol
