great product. these paddle tails are unique. I caught a 37" striper then I hooked on a 40lbs plus and bent the hook out. please make this product with stronger hooks!

I wanted to try these out because I knew the rock cod would inhale them. I bought the black back & the green back in 6" rigged w weighted hook. I made a 6 ft double dropper loop rig with 50 lb fluoro & a 1-2 lb wt at the bottom (strong current that day) fishing 300 ft at Rittenberg bank. Not only did they do well (I rigged 1 black 1 green) they got smashed by the time they hit bottom more often just b4. Guys fishing dead bait on either side of me not even close. I started out with pro cure on them bloody garlic tuna then after a while I added nothing & they still got clobbered every single drop. It works out to around $2.00 + line per rig cant beat that. Naturally I bought the rigged 5" split tail minnow do try same this Sunday weather permitting. The eels though! Unreal bite & I only had to rinse them off for next trip. The hooks are plenty stout for all but bigger lings.
this lure works great on spring stripers but the hooks keeps bending out constantly bending it back ,just hope the cow bass doesn't get hooked and spit the bent out hook.
Go-to striped bass artificial on Cape Cod. Productive almost all season and all conditions but especially at night. Can be tough to cast into the wind. I buy two packs at a time because the heads will eventually tear by the hook and the blues will shred them. I'm never without these in my bag.
Its pretty easy to use.it would be better if the weight is heavier.

Nice sand eel paddle tails. Look good and catch fish. Only negative is eyes pop out easily.
